In the interest of privacy I won't say too much only that this is sometimes why we don't wish to share our stories. I'm Triona a carer for my elderly Mum who is disabled both mentally and physically, in the South East of the country.

Setting up this website is not only a response to the referendum but the frustrations of trying to get a complaint through the so called health service for years, now is the time to try together get our voices heard so we are never made to feel invisible again. 

I'm very much open to hearing ideas from different angles of the caring spectrum and welcome contributions from everyone, those who care and those who need care.
